Sad. I have a few friend stationed there. Praying for all those involved. Glad to say that the ones I know were not in the area that it happened.

Hoping the reports are not accurate, but they are reporting at 4 dead including the shooter and at least 14 wounded. All while saying it's "soldier on soldier", not Terrorism. To me, mass shootings are all terrorism. Doesn't matter who is doing it.

    These people make me sick!!!!!

Yea I just really only read what I posted. Any other updates or news I'll wait until tomorrow so they actually have what happened and not speculation. Our national media is a joke.

    Definitely bad situation though.

according to the local news (I am about 75 miles from Waco), shooter is dead and 14 injured. Didn't say anything about confirmed deaths. Hope to be 0.

As an Active Duty member it sickens me to hear these stories, these are men and women that we expect to have our backs, we trust our lives with and are our family. Sad day...

Is Fort Hood the most miserable place on Earth? I am not trying to be funny, I am really asking the question.

I hate the way this brings discredit to combat vets. The shooter most likely had issues that should've kept him from joining in the first place. I doubt combat experience, if he even had any, has anything to do with this. Too bad he didn't shoot himself first.
