Holy Moses this is crazy. I guess it is not your time to go when you survive a chain saw stuck in your neck.

I seen this on the news this morning. WOW !! That's got to put a damper on a guys day.

What brand is that? Now way in hell it would cut wood.

 

I'm guessing the reason why it didn't kill him is because he was using it and the chain broke, causing the saw to jump back and hit him in the neck, but by that point the chain wasn't moving very fast and therefore didn't do much damage.

Just my guess by looking at the picture and hearing that he lived. No way a muscle causes a chain to break it think that had to be before and possibly the cause of the accident

I suspect if he poured it down his gullet it would come out his neck from the looks of it...
