Where are all the Illinois hunters at?

I know we have some Illinois guys and gals on here, what part are ya from maybe we can make some new huntin buddys out of this thread. Im from southern illinois, i live in Norris City population 1100 haha in white county. anyone close?

 

I'm in Stanford. Population of 600. Pretty much right in the middle of the state.

 

I live between Salem and Odin. I hunt mostly in Marion and Fayette counties.

 

I'm up in northeastern part. We have alot of members from my area. Should come up to the G2G in June and you will meet a ton of Illinois members.

 

2 places for. Champaign for school. Then Freeport is my home town. its up north west of Rockford like a half hour.

 

cant make it to the g2g im trying to get a new job at one of the many caol mines and dont wanna ask off when i get the job

i would love to be there though

 

I'm from Adams county, close to Liberty population is 7-800 I think. Where I hunt is aboit 10 miles east there and closer to Adams and Pike county line, and actually fairly close to Silom Springs state park when you look at map.

 

I hunt not far from Silom in southern Brown Co from time to time but live in Kane Co.

 

So I'm guessin in Buckhorn RD area? Used to travel through that area a lot when worked in Mt Sterling. Idk if your familiar with the area much but if you're go past main entrance of park headed south and come to 104 and head back east it'd be about maybe 1/2 mile before coming to Pike county line.

 

I hunted just East of Siloam Springs last season and plan on hunting there agian this coming season.

 

Yea its pretty popular area. I got lucky to grow up there and have a good friend that lets me hunt his family farm of about 4 or 500 acres.

 

I live about an hour southwest of champaign, right on the IL/IN border.

 

If you are not working Saturdays come up for the day.

I'm in Oakford, IL in Menard county, population of around 300. I'm about 10 min away from JEPC in Cass county and actually worked there for a couple summers as an intern.

 

Live in MO, but hunt in Jersey County. Just a little North of St Louis.

 

1/2 hour north of Champaign.

 

I live in Decatur and hunt in Macon, Moultrie and Shelby counties.

 

I live in kendall county hunt mostly in brown county just outside of mt sterling.
