I had a pair of 10x42 Realtree ATB that were getting pretty rough (approx. 7 years old).

The eye cups would not stay out, the focus dial was not working well and the lens coating was coming off, and scratched. I contacted Nikon customer service and was told to send the binoculars in for inspection. Nikon contacted me a couple weeks later and said that they would repair them for no cost.

Yesterday I received a brand new pair of Monarch 3 in Realtree.

I could not be happier. This glass was in the shape it was from my hard use of them, and they stood by their product.

    Good to hear! :tu:

I've had to send a few camera lenses in for repair over the years and always had great luck with them. Some were covered at no charge, others were repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a quoted amount. Their communication has always been great and turnaround quick.
