I had a pair of 10x42 Realtree ATB that were getting pretty rough (approx. 7 years old). The eye cups would not stay out, the focus dial was not working well and the lens coating was coming off, and scratched. I contacted Nikon customer service and was told to send the binoculars in for inspection. Nikon contacted me a couple weeks later and said that they would repair them for no cost. Yesterday I received a brand new pair of Monarch 3 in Realtree. I could not be happier. This glass was in the shape it was from my hard use of them, and they stood by their product.
Good to hear! I've had to send a few camera lenses in for repair over the years and always had great luck with them. Some were covered at no charge, others were repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a quoted amount. Their communication has always been great and turnaround quick.
