I am looking for a tripod that will work good in a ground blind. I already have a camera head (Manfrotto 700RC2) so I am looking for just the base, around $100-150. Thanks

It all depends of bow heavy your camera is, but if it's a smaller camera the Campbell cameras 525 is good

I'm in the same boat with you, looking for a better tripod. I have a decent one right now with a handle and built in mono pod which I like a lot but it's getting worn and a little sloppy. My camera set up is about 10lb with the fluid head. I know Manfrotto tripods are excellent but I would also be curious to which models others are using.
