Sony HXR-70U Muddy Pro Tree Arm/ Cullmann Magnesit 528 Tripod Vangaurd PH-123V Fluid Head Varizoom VZ-Rock 2 - Gopro black 3+s I pack everything in the badlands backpack from campbell cameras.
Well it can defiantly get heavy at times, especially early season but having a good bag like the Game Plan Gear CameraMan Bag helps a lot because you can get everything in the bag and secure and the way it's designed it can take a lot of the weight off your shoulders. But for the most part, its worth it when it all works out and you have all the equipment up there you need to, to lay down some really good footage with angles. If your carrying your stand in and don't already have a set ready, then you gotta be a dedicated individual for that.
Regarding carrying it all in. Everything goes in that backpack that I posted a photo of. If I am tree stand hunting then the tri-pod stays home. If I am ground blind hunting then the tree arm stays home and I lash the tri-pod onto the pack. It really packs up kind of simple and isn't that heavy. I've been doing it for so long now that I am not even sure if I could hunt without all of that camera gear.
