Filming upgrades!

    Made a few great filming upgrades today! Finally got a Varizoom VZ-Steath-LX controller for my XA10 and found a Opteka 47" slider on Craigslist for $50! Can't wait to put them both to good use! I also got a new laptop Tuesday for video editing! Got an MSI laptop with 12gb Ram, 2.8ghz processor and 870 NVidea graphics card and 128gb ssd and 1tb hard drives!

    ***newb question alert*** slider....where/when would you use it? cant imagine its for hunting footage while in the field? but again, im still learning about this end of things so what do i kno? haha

    Wouldn't use it for hunting situations but for B-roll footage!

    Pretty sweet man. I almost bought that controller when got mine but wasn't sure I'd use the focus, wish woulda got it now though.
