First Year of Solo Video Tell me what yall think Ep1Verson1 - YouTube honest feedback is helpful, use to having a friend with me it since I moved due to Air Force I'm solo now
Thank you, I tried, I'm not the savvy one with the editing software my friend always was he was also better with the camera. Military does a good job of forcing you to step out of your comfort zone
you def have some great deer roamin the area brother. My one piece of advice id offer up, is when walking into your area to check cams, set your camera up on a tripod so you can film yourself walking up to the cams to check so you can avoid the shakiness (real word? haha) that the camera picks up while youre walking. editing was pretty good, the best thing you can do to get comfortable with it is film everything and edit even more! haha. i just started last year, then moved to a different editing software (Adobe Premiere) this spring that i had to re-learn and i have filmed and edited together a ridiculous amount of stuff to get comfortable with everything. keep workin bud! and i feel your pain with the military stuff, finishing up my last year in the Navy now down in Jacksonville. good luck this season!
nice job man!!! I'm still learning as well and I feel I have a long ways to go in terms of editing still...but i'll get there! What program are you using to edit?
I'm not sure what the exact programming is, it came on my new Toshiba so I figured I would try it before I went and purchased something. I'm flying again tonight but tomorrow will find out and let ya know
Good stuff! You seem very personable on camera! I think you need to be a little more aware of your movement of the camera, towards the end whilst showing your stands, you moved the camera quickly, which can cause people to lose focus of the shot and get lost. Just be mindful when moving the camera, pan slowly! Keep it up! The best way to get better is to keep at it! I'm looking forward to your next post!
Looks like you've got some nice deer there. Do you hunt with compound bows? I'm not much for hunting with tradition gear for the two reasons you just showed.
