I have a canon vixia hf100 and when I try to record I get a error that says card is set for erasure protection. I have tried multiple cards and get the same message. Has anyone had this happen?
Usually they have a little switch thing on the side of the card. A little plastic piece that slides up and down that protects things from getting erased on them.
I tried doing that still same thing. So I grabbed every sd card I had, 7 total. One was a class4 card and it worked, but the others would not. I went and bought another class 4 card and it too worked. I guess this camcorder only works on those sd cards. Sent from my Z793C using Tapatalk
