Here is the deal and probably why you are not getting comments, but you asked repeatedly so here goes.

First of all CONGRATS on the bird. There is the positive in this post.

I am not trying to be a jerk, but here is the negative.

GoPro footage for POV hunting SUCKS. It always has sucked and it always will suck.

GoPro cameras add 50 yards minimum to everything. 10 yards might as well be 100. They are excellent at action sports with a large open back drop (down hill skiing as an example). They suck for hunting unless it is a static mount 3 feet from a decoy that a turkey is engaging or pointing at the hunter. In those two instances they make for a nice second or third angle that gives a different perspective to overlay or supplement the main footage from a real camera. There is nothing less visually appealing than GoPro footage bobbing up and down while a black dot of a bird at 20 yards only fills up 1% of the screen.

Sorry man, but that is the harsh truth. It is not meant to be a knock on you, it is just a fact when it comes to GoPro POV hunt footage.

    Again, congrats on the bird.

Also it was on your head which made it terribly shaky. So even though you were looking straight at something, the go pro wasn't.
Again congrats on breaking the streak on birds.

Thanks for the comments. I know go pro footage sucks. But when your hunting for 1hr. before work and your choice is go pro or nuthin. I'll take the go pro every time. Plus this old goat cant carry all the stuff he needs in one trip. Don't worry redemption is coming when you see the footage of a 300lb black bear fall off a culvert 6ft. down into a streambed from 10ft. away when we startled him driving up on him. I was filming with my HFG20 you'll like that much better. 300lb black bear…..now thats a big dot
