Woodsnap (Woodsnap | Prints on Wood, Photo wood prints for wood wall art) is a company out of California that prints photographs and designs onto high grade plywood sheets. One of the neat aspects of their process is that the woodgrain shows through in the lighter areas of the print.

I've known of this company for quite some time now but only got around to using them this winter. I had put together a collage of some trail cam photos and a hero shot into a plaque for my brother. I was delighted with how it turned out so last week I finally ordered myself a couple prints.

The first photo I had done was one I took with my iPhone on my way into the stand on a foggy afternoon last fall.

The second, is a trailcam shot from this winter off of a new StealthCam G30.

I'm very happy with the results! I'll be ordering more of these in the future for sure. Check them out, it's definitely worth the price. If you check their Facebook page they are constantly running specials up to 50% off.

That's pretty neat! I wonder if they ever considered reverse printing on glass or lexan...I'd think that would also be really cool.

That's really neat. I have a bunch of my Yellowstone pics that I would like to get on canvas to put up in my den. This would be another neat option.

    Thanks for sharing.
