When I get busted by a turkey should I play it off like it was a deer and wait a week before returning to the area or can I come back the next day and hunt the same blind?

    Thanks :)

Turkeys get wise to decoys and calling pretty quickly! The more pressure put on them the less responsive they become! I am not saying you can't go in the same place and kill a bird tomorrow because I have I am saying be careful because too many encounters and you may push them away!

You can still kill that bird, but I would alter your set-up. Meaning moving your blind, and maybe changing your calls used. I'm not saying that you can't kill him out of your original set-up, but changing things up should put the odds in your favor. Good luck, and let us know how things turn out!
