The two seasons I put in for are from 4/21 -5/5 (preferred) and 4/21 -4/27 (back up). If I dont draw for either there is a OTC season from 5/5 - 5/31. Last year I did the OTC season (didn't put in for the early seasons) and only the first few days of hunting were any good. Birds shut down after the first week. Hopefully I draw for the early season, 65,000 tags are given out and the application period already ended. Fingers crossed! Hoping I can get one down this year. I have yet to spill blood with my Experience....shes hungry

I have a pretty good turkey spot, hoping it's as good lst year. Very small peice of land with very little deer and predators. Big open fields with a few thickets and a small patch of woods. Turkey's are another story....last year pheasant hunting the neighbors kicked up 40 something turkeys in just a couple hours. I saw around 10 birds total last year there. Three toms with 10+ inch beards. Hoping we have the same luck! Got some new decoys at the end of last Spring. Can't wait to use them.
What broadheads are you guys planning on using? I think I'm going to pick up some NAP gobbler getters.
