Thoughts on this buck?

First, I posted this in the general section before I saw this - apologies, newbie mistake.
This is my first year and I am totally new to bowhunting. After many sits without even seeing a deer, I found this guy on my new cam - he came in shortly after I left my stand! Thoughts on him? Would this be a decent first bow kill in Florida? How old do you think he is?

Any first kill with a bow is a trophy. Looks to be a younger deer to me,. I'm guess 2 1/2.

 

If you can get a shot, take him. Great first deer.
Looks young but Florida deer are smaller than around here so I'd take him if given the chance.

The mass and his belly indicate to me that he is around 3.5. He has a lot of potential. let em go let em grow. QDMA

If he walks in and you have a shot and want to shoot. Shoot. As long as you are happy with it, that's all that matters.
