Hello. How much experienced are you with Suntek HC-300M trail hunting cameras? My trail camera seems to stop taking pictures for some notable duration in couple hours and then starts taking pictures again. There clearly was a movement in front of camera during the shut down period, which is seen in next picture after the missing ones. Is it possible that something is wrong with firmware? How do I manage to do factory reset of the camera? Hunting camera belongs to my dad and after arguing about how to reset settings I decided to ask here. He claims it should be possible to connect directly with computer and do reset by software, but I say he only connects data storage disk (eigther inner memory of camera or SD card inserted inside) and not firmware memory storage, which is the one that needs to be reset. How do you deal with China Shenzen export? Camera was bought on Ebay. Email communication is zero efficiency
