First pics from my carcass cam

    These are the first pics from the carcass cam I started this last Monday. I wish I had placed one of my homebrew cams instead of a commercial but it still turned out pretty good. 1100 pics in 4 days!

    Yeah the owl pic was a real bonus, didn't really expect one of those. Actually he stayed there for over half an hour. Probably gonna check this set again in about 5 days. I switched this cam over to video mode and hung one of my homebrews for stills.

    Thanks Pat but we both know who the real master of the carcass set is, and it ain't me. I do want to move the carcass closer to the cam and also switch out this camera for a black-flash. The red flash really spooks the coyotes. Normally I wouldn't care about spooking them but I really need them to open up the body cavity on this deer. It was also interesting to see the interaction between the yotes and the coons. The yotes acted like they were afraid of them.

    Which Browning are you running? It takes some crisp pictures! Looks like the Strike Force maybe? How do you like it?
