    Can someone help me?
I've got 4 hd40's in the field right now so I can't look at them..
Is there a nut on the back for mounting the camera? Size?
I saw a way to mount them using 2 eye bolts,1 regular bolt, nut and a couple washers
    Thanks

There is nut just on the bottom of the camera.
It is the standard 1/4-20 threads.

Check out Stic n pic too.

I know your trying to make a mount yourself and I ran the one your talking about but the stic n pics are so much nicer to work with.

I can't agree more with Jake! With the Coverts I use Stic N Pics solely for placement on my properties. One suggestion I have though is to use some sort of anti-seize product to ensure the bolt doesn't rust into the unit.
