I have a question for anyone who runs trail cameras. I have a few Coverts, and I just picked up a new Browning Strike Force. I have an Apple Computer, and when I set my cameras on video mode, and then try to put them on my computer, it won't read the file. But it will read the photos. This is the same for both the Coverts, and the Browning. For any of you who use the Apple computers, how do you get your videos to download.

My iPhone plays vids (and pics) using a free app called i-Easy Drive. Can probably load it on your PC as well.

I use a MAC to check my cameras and have used video on a Browning trail camera and everything worked fine using the iPhoto app. Have not tried it from a Covert Camera yet. Are you getting an error or something.? What is the extension on the video files?

Ok, I just tested my Browning, and it works if I have my iPhoto open first. If I don't open iPhoto first, all my photos go into the photos folder, and not iPhoto. So I will try it some more
In the house, before I put it in the woods. Thanks for this tip!!

Ah, the fun we used to have with video codecs and the like. Brings back frustrating memories....
