After being stationed in NC for the last 16 years, Last November I moved to Columbus Ohio to be closer to My daughter and the rest of my family. After a year of apartment living we bought a house on 6 acres in Licking County Ohio. Its super secluded I have 11-12 doe in my yard nightly, I have found 2 of their bedding locations one of which is right behind my barn. I've had 3 or 4 8 points that look pretty young, and a nice young 9 point. With a 45 minute drive to work everyday I havent got much time in the stand but I have been making some time here and there.

I pulled my camera card this week and got a few nice surprises on it.

Some good looking deer there. And it's great you can live so close to them.

    Blessings......... Pastorjim

Licking is a great county with endless places for deer to live and pass through! It looks like you found one of those little honey holes! Good luck on the rest of your season! Lots of time left for you to put one of those deer down? The season run through all of January correct?
