Just a word about Browning trailcam CS

My wife bought me a Browning Strike Force HD for my birthday back in January, my second one. On my last camera check all the night pics were totally black. I thought maybe the flash wasn't working so I contacted Browning via email. They got back to me within twelve hours and told me my camera probably needed a software update. They sent me the update via email and I downloaded it to an SD card, stuck it in the camera and the problem was fixed. I love how quickly they responded and had the right solution for the problem. Kudos to Browning!

I'm loving my browning dark ops cameras. I've had great luck with them. Knock on wood, I haven't had any issues with them. But its nice to know that if I do, they'll take care of it.

How do the 2015 models compare to the 2016 for those who have run both?

 

I had the same problem with my strike force. Updated the camera worked for about 2 days an the same problem came back. ended up sending the camera back to browning at my own cost. I get it back with a broken hinge door an a note saying " we found nothing wrong with your camera". There I was again back on the phone with them. The guy on the other line gave me a hard time about it at first. wanted to jus send me a new door for the camera. NO that's not even the biggest problem with the camera. He asked what I wanted done. Told them I wanted a NEW WORKING camera. after he told me he could not authorize that I asked for someone who could. just so happens no one around that could authorize it. So he said he would pass along the message an get back to me the next day. 3 days goes by an still haven't heard anything and a new camera showed up on my door with a shipping label to send mine back. while I was not very happy with there CS they did eventually make it right. But I love the strike force to much to get anything else.

 

Yes, I have dealt with them a couple times, always quick and get things taken care of, no questions asked....Usually....their great!

I'm loving my Browning's so far. Had one that wouldn't maintain it's settings longer than a few minutes and they replaced within a week.

 

Yes, they are FANTASTIC about that stuff......
