    Looking at that back leg, I think it's a dog.

    I would agree a dog German Shorthair or something on those lines

    how do u feel about a dog on your property that isnt your dog?

    I don't like to have dogs on my property that aren't mine. I don't think you have that problem, I still say that is a deer. Do you have any other pics from that camera with deer in them in about the same spot?

    That's a tough one. The hair and coloration sure look deer-ish to me...that tail however is throwing me off...it's a German shorthaired whitetail deer fawnpup

    I think it's a deer, too. Small doe or fawn.

    This is a small fawn from Google and does a good job of showing how small and pointy the tail can be.

    My initial thought was dog too, I mean look at my avatar, lol. But...looking closer the hair grain is pretty course and coloration even in the shade looks deer to me and back to the tail, there is a white halo around it if you look closely, especially on the right side of the tail (left side of the pic). I have a doe with a bob tail and she looks really similar to that pic, if that deer was lifting it's tail as the pic snapped it would also make the tail look a little odd.

    depends on how high ya have your camera. deer or dog. my first impression was dog and I lean toward that
