Pulled some cards after last night's farewell hunt to find these gems. The season is now over and it's up in the air whether I'll be able to hunt this farm again next fall. For the time being I simply tip my hat to these bucks for they got the best of me these past two seasons. All pics are from the Stealth Cam G30.
Unreal! That's one of the biggest 8pts I've seen. It must be some awesome ground you're hunting. Good luck getting back there.
Awesome bucks hoping you get to keep that farm..your not the only one that had one of those season brother. We have those every once in a while.
Those are some studs, hopefully you can get back there again next year. I had a tough season as well, it was really demoralizing.
Nice ones. How long is the buck drought now? I think this will make for good shows next year. No pressure.
Well that's the way it goes sometimes, did for me this past season as well. My hunt time was limited and the deer were just flat out better than me when I was able to go. Most of ours made it through and my #1 showed back up after being gone all season. Hopefully you get that farm back this year s you can continue the pursuit of both those big guys.
Great bucks! Hope you will get to get after them next year, they will be mega giants. Good things to come either way I'm sure.
From the sounds of it you had many great encounters from these bucks! Atleast they got your heart pumping Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I feel your pain I leased an awesome farm this year with great potential, but the land owner would not do a long term lease so not sure if I have it next year or not... going to do all my winter work on it like I will, but who knows... I do have it through turkey season.
Some great looking bucks for sure. Hope you get an opportunity at them again next season. Blessings. ........Pastorjim
Wow...would love to have pictures like THAT. Better to see and fall short of a harvest than to never have seen?
Justin, They would not be that big either without your discipline. So take credit for that. i hope it works out for you next year!
