I Pad or tablet recomendations

    I am looking to buy a I Pad or tablet. All I will use it for is viewing pictures and maybe a program for catologing them like The one that comes with the covert cams. Any recomendations ? Don't want to break the bank but want something reliable.

    You need to get a tablet that has a built in SD card slot. I have a Ipad and it requires a goofy adapter to use SD cards if your main goal is to use it in the field to view pictures / video. That and you have to transfer them to the Ipad before you can really look at them.... Instead of just viewing them from the SD card source.

    Yeah, I got an RCA tablet, it has a mini USB port (which won't read SD cards from an external reader) and a mini SD card reader. You can view the pics in the field straight from the mini SD card. I don't do it very often because the micro chip inside the adapter is so small it's easily lost outdoors.
