About a month or so ago, one of my Bushnell HD trail cameras just quit working. I went online. Got the Bushnell service address, filled out the form, enclosed a check for $10, packed up the camera, and sent it off. And waited. I heard nothing. Just last week, a brand new HD trail cam arrived in the mail. No questions asked. It is very gratifying to see a company that stands by its products!
I have a pair of their binoculars that I dropped on the tile in our house and they broke. I wonder if they'll cover that?
Bushnell's customer service has been incredible to me as well on a couple of their cams that took a crap a couple years ago. New updated cams were sent back no questions asked.
