    That would be worth waiting with a .22 for. That would be one cool mount... plus I love eating coon in bbq gravy over rice.

    Oh my... half and half BBQ sauce and Piqante' Sauce... Cover with foil and cook slowly at 225 until it is falling apart tender. Pull the meat off, shred it and serve over rice.:woot::nana::hail:
