I set a junk Bushnell camera over on a property I have beans on but don't hunt. The beans get absolutely hammered over there and I found a fresh scrape last week so wanted to see the deer there. Pulled the card today, the camera is retarded, takes pics just nonstop and had over 12000 pics on it since last week. ANyway found these three bucks on it and thought I'd share.
I think it's the setting that has to be set with a medium ball peen hammer. I'll say one thing, the picture quality is really really good. My boss bought a couple of them last year to try out on other properties and couldn't get them to work so he gave me one that he could still find to see if I could get it to work. It works great for like a $45 camera if I could just get the bug worked out. I had no idea it was doing that until today. When I set it up it acted like it would work fine. I'll go over there tomorrow and see if I can figure it out. Maybe it's set on high sensitivity or plot watch mode or something but it was taking like a picture every minute.

This is so true. People are ao sensative about the word and it's used for multiple things, like the signs that say "no engine retard" are you going to go yell at the city for using those signs? Not trying to be rude but I'm sick of people complaining about using the word
I do too, I think it's safe to say that just like cancer, most families are touched by it in some form or fashion. I also have gay family members, bi-racial married family members and hard core liberal family members, hard core conservative family members, non hunting family members, PETA family members, etc... If I start being "sensitive" to everyone's sensibilities and trying to be mindful not to offend anyone, I just as well quit speaking the English language and/or talking to anyone. People just need to get a grip and deal with most of it rather than to try to be an activist and make a "scene" every time something is said that hits a nerve. I would agree using it in the wrong context may be going too far, just like when Obama made the comment about his bowling being a qualifier for special Olympics...that's just poor taste. No I won't be hunting that farm because I don't have hunting privileges on that farm and don't manage it. It's under a different landowner and situation from the rest of my rental property. Basically the entire 18 acres is for the purpose of a food plot and I cut what's left at low cost rent. I'm sure I could get permission but honestly I have more property and deer to hunt than I can ever get tags for anyway or have time to hunt. If it was a Booner, I might be a bit more interested in pursuing the possibility. I manage and farm land that adjoins this property about 1/4 mile north and also east of this field anyway, I just never have set cameras on the backside of that managed property because it's so inaccessible due to brush and coal dumps.
