Kind of disappointed as I only got a few bucks on cam, most of them are 1.5 years old. Hope they start showing up soon.
I wouldn't be disappointed with those at all. Outstanding pics, especially the albino. Blessings.........Pastorjim
I'm having the same problem only one nice buck in June, central mn as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Is that high riser buck off limits? You may be surprised by the end of the growing season what he ends up looking like and those knobs look like they will split off and giving him some crab claws. He looks pretty sweet to me. The albino is always nice too, glad to see updates of him. The pink velvet is crazy looking!!
He is actually my #1 right now. Looks like he is going to be a big 8 this year, but who know whats going to happen in the next month!
Sweet pictures. On the albino is it still technically an albino if it has a little brown like on it's knee cap? Or discoloration on it's face? If that changes it to a piebald then you could end up shooting it in the future. Either way it's a cool deer and hopefully your neighbor doesn't take him before he can mature. Sent from my iPhone
It’s an albino! They are white so they get dirty. I know the regs in Wisco (You can’t shoot them here) say any discoloration near any of the glands (tarsal) or around the top of the head (I assume from rubbing on trees later in the fall) do not make them piebald and thus they are still illegal to shoot. MN on the other hand they are legal from what I understand. Personally I would let it walk a couple years if I could. Having an albion spike mounted just doesnt seem that cool to me.
I think the deer is just dirty? I've been under the impression he is full albino based off the pink in his eyes/ears/horns. Not exactly sure why he looks so fuzzy...
You're probably right I was just looking for a way you could shoot him in the future lol Sent from my iPhone
