I may get one some time this year. The bear in the window is pretty cool.

I set out my g30 after the first week of turkey season this year.
I just went back to check it the first week of June.
I still had 79% battery life and those were regular cheap batteries.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Do you guys like these cams? I currently am running coverts and bushnells. Which would you prefer over the other?

FACT. the new stealth cams trigger and take pictures farther away than any other camera that I own. I cant vouch for covert but I own at least one of a lot of the top brands. including reconyx and bushnel

The new stealth cam pix look great! and 16:9 format too!

I have a G42NG on the brown truck currently, but it'll be a few weeks before I an get it put out and then need to let it run for a while.

I see there is firmware available on the website - V10.79. Anyone had any issues and have applied this firmware? anyone know what version cams are shipping with?

Im not sure what firmware mine has in it, I might be able to check it tonight on the way home. If I have time I will see what I can figure out. But as far as issues go I had zero. So far so good.

don't go out of your way, Clinton... unless you are just curious & want to check yours. I won't know what is on mine till it gets here. I would hope it would be the latest, but we know how that goes. for all I know this version is the ONLY version that has existed. there is no firmware & fixes history on the website.
