I set out two of the new Stealth Cam G42NG cameras about 3 weeks ago and pulled the cards this past weekend while I was turkey hunting. Here's some of the results.
I agree - I just can't seem to get any night time images right now. The deer are all moving during the day. Probably because they know it's Spring and they aren't being hunted. :D
The first pict of that deer made me laugh out-loud. I guess my girlfriend isn't the only one that can have bad morning hair. [she was not amused].
Do all the new Stealth Cams have Bowhunting.com in the corner or were the pictures edited? If they're not edited, that's pretty cool and a great marketing idea
You can program any name you want into the photos. I just chose to put BOWHUNTINGCOM in mine. You can put your name, the location of the camera, etc.
I'm worse at turkey hunting than I am at deer hunting. We had a hen come into the decoys and mill around for a while and that was about it. Two gobblers passed through at about 65 yards but I think the neighbor spooked them and they were moving pretty quick. I gave them a few soft yelps and they perked their heads up then ran away. We'll be back at it tomorrow in a spot closer to where the birds are roosting. Hoping for a change of luck!
