Drop those bones!!!

 

That's a pretty good sized buck to still be carrying. Usually you only see forkies or very small bucks still with their gear this late.

Jim, as of last week I only have pics of two mature bucks that have shed both sides...TWO, its crazy!!! I have some 2.5 yr olds that have shed and a few missing one side but...... insanity. I recall seing a nice 10pt about three yrs ago while turkey hunting in May still carrying one side..........

 

Yep, still getting some here with intact headgear. Some have dropped though.

I thought they would be dropping early this year, guess not.

He dropped his right side yesterday, and brought over all his buddies last night... all shed... it is on this weekend

I usually get at least one a year, so far not this year though

 

This makes me think I need to re-walk a property I walked three weeks ago. Still looking for the sheds of the 200"+ deer I saw on hoof in November and had some cam pics of well after rifle season.

 

Unreal they carried them that long with the winter we have had. Go find them !
