    Hello friends
My son has a Hoyt Dorado 60" with 35 lbs. What is the optimal brace height for this bow? Hoyt says 7-8". But I mean that the bow there's very loud and spongy. :( I can go over the 8 "or damaging it the bow?

    Thanks for your help.

    Greeting,
    Andy

I always shot mine at 7 3/4". But I didn't have Hoyt Dorado limbs on it. I used some Hoyt or Trad Tech ILF limbs with a conversion kit. Great bow!

You should be safe up to 8.25" I shoot mine from 7.5 to 8 without much difference. The noise probably isn't affected by the brace height. Throw some rubber whisker silencers on it and see what happens

Start at 8" and work your way down to the "sweet" spot. What spine , length etc. ?

Where did you find a conversion kit for the limbs for your Dorado bow?
