Poor advice about what weight to begin with. He says the average compounder can handle 40-45#'s Is everyone average? nope. My best friend is built like a 5 foot 10 RAMBO and can barely handle my bows. He shoots around 65#'s with acompound. I have a hard time weighing more than 120 lbs at 5 foot 5 1/2 . A lot of experts would probably recommend either side of 35#'s sight unseen for the average grown man to begin with.
