Recurve turkey hunting

    Any tips or tricks on hunting turkeys with a recurve?

    I never have been able to shoot one with a recurve yet. I hear a Texas heart shot right up the back of the fan is a KILLER shot.
    Pop-up blinds are very useful. I've had turkeys walk in while using one. Apparently unlike deer turkeys pay them no mind.
    I'm not a turkey hunter but I'll shoot one if presented a shot.
