First deer with a recurve!

    Hey guys just figured I'd let you guys know I got my first deer with a recurve this morning. Yes shes only a fawn, but I worked my tail off all summer practicing and just wanted to put a deer down with it reguardless of size. I was second guessing my shooting ability, but after I put this one right in the pump house my confidence is right through the roof! Good luck to all you trad guys this year.. here she is

    Haha I've been hooked on archery ever since i picked up my first bow 16 years ago.. After compounds taking the fun out of doe hunting for me I decided to go up a step to the recurve to make it more of a challenge again. After the first arrow out of that bow I was hooked on trad. gave my compound to my neighbor to get him started bowhunting and I'm and all trad guy now!
