Got the text this evening right after I got home so I drove the mile and a half over to my taxidermist to pick him up. Typically I'm not really a fan of full upright mounts, but I was really having a hard time deciding which form to use. My taxidermist recommend the full upright with an offset. He had done a few tall racked deer and said they turned out nice. I'm glad I let him talk me into it. I think it's about the perfect form for a deer that's so tall and tight and narrow front to back.
