WoW, some of you travel great distances for a hunt, I have a hard time convincing myself to go on more than a 20 min drive, I hunt vary local...vary vary local. i have been known to bike to areas open to bow hunting and scout. Maybe that is the reason I never got a really monster buck :).

Not for a living... no. However, I do occasionally truck 'em here/there in exchange for work or something. I enjoy bartering. This trip will be 'free' for me. They will purchase my MD license, gas, food, and board/feed me in an Amish home.
You are correct though... some 'English' take advantage of the opportunity and make a 'killing' charging them huge sums of money to transport them around.

I do it to hunt on their land, obtain fresh loaves of homemade bread/cookies/goodies/etc..., fresh eggs/fruit/veggies, etc... In the spring and summer we usually go to Lake Ontario to fish for salmon on a charter. They generally pay all expenses for that too... and I usually end up giving them my fish (or keeping part of one). I also transport them once in awhile to a job... then I stay and work with them. Most 'English' just leave and come back later to take 'em back home. Not me... and I usually get lunch out of the deal too.
