    I'll also be hunting MN a that opens up the first week of May! Good luck guys! I'll check I from the blind and give updates when I can!

    Thanks for checking in guys! All teamates are accounted for! Sounds like we are off to a really good start!

    @Chris - Well done!
    @Krohboy - Sounds like you are right in the thick of it! Just a matter of time I am sure!

    I'll be hunting in Pipestone and Lincoln counties.

    I'll be rising up early to be in the blind tomorrow! Most college students use their time before their 11 o'clock class differently haha.

    A couple new pics from this mornings hunt. This was the only bird that broke away from the main flock. He beat the crap out of my jake decoy. Doesn't he look really POed in the second pic? lol! I let him walk... There were 3 other long beards I had a real good look at. One of which, has more than one beard.

    Pulling an all nighter for a paper so I might as well go try for a thunder chicken in the morning. I'll be trying a new spot and my cameraman is sleeping in so I don't know how well this will go!

    Lookin good fellas, gotta be honest Im not too optimistic about our season in vermont opening up may 1st. there doesnt seem to be very many birds this year and most have already bread, considering our mild winter I thought we would have a pretty good flock. Have seen a couple, and still have 11 days to do some locating. put down a 75pt double beard last year, not sure i'll top that but hope to get one on board for us!
