Southern Adirondacks area here. Pulled cards today and was pretty happy but disappointed in the number of deer I had on camera. I have 2 hit listers I was chasing last year that survived. I should of put a better camera in this area Of the first photo. It's a Wildgame Cloak. It cost me a good photo. Oh well. I have a Moultrie I'll put there on the next trip. Here's four of my finest from this year in Western NY. Seems like it's been a great growing year so far around me. All these bucks are back from last year and they made great jumps in a year. Here's to hoping they stick around once the velvet sheds.
I'm there too and we see one or two like that passion thru our area every yr. but we are in a really highly pressured zone. Best chance for us is bow however bowhunting has really increased too. Here's a decent youngster.
Here is what I had come through last year. I missed a 6pt the morning this pic was taken and this guy came through early afternoon. I didn't hunt the afternoon as my brother wanted to hunt the following morning. Original plan was to hunt that afternoon. I did kill a buck though with the gun and with my brother the following day.
