Well, after over a year of fighting Ford to buy back a lemon F-150, they finally agreed. Decided to go back to what I know and bought a 13 Silverado with only 38K miles! I always drove GM trucks and that F-150 was the first Ford I've ever owned (not counting my high-school 1989 Ranger). I absolutely love this thing and it's child approved. Time to get some blood in the bed.

Be sure to get the sticker with Calvin pissing on the Ford logo, I know when I see one on any truck I am so impressed with the driver of the truck.

Truck wise, we'll never go back to Ford...we had a lemon F-150, too. Thing kept shutting off going down the high-way. Traded it in and got a 2500HD - love the truck!

I'll get two, just in case the point isn't made the first time, plus, I'll put "Roll Tide" on it, that should let everyone know about the terrible life choices I make. Might even through on about 14 26" LED bars and squat the rear end to up my game...Ohh Ohh and truck nuts.

No stickers on this truck, I don't care to advertise my life, maybe a sticker forum this forum would be about all.

I almost went with a 2500, the prices were almost better than 1500 trucks. If I had more of a use for a 2500, I'd be all over them. Truck prices have gotten ridiculous over the last few years.

Nice looking truck. The newer Chevy's are the best looking trucks IMO. I like the Tacomas as well, but for the price of a Tacoma you can get a nice used 1500 and double the towing capacity.

Damn lemon vehicles are everywhere these days. Buddy at work just had radiator replaced, among other things, on Silverado with only 30K. Good Luck with the new/old

There are lemons from every manufacturer. Get what you like and like what you get.

My only rule now is never to by another Dodge. Through the family we have had Rams, Durango's, caravans, Neons. And they all had one thing in common. the heaters sucked.

That's my dilemma right now. Hoping I can find a 2500 at a decent price because it would definitely get used for hauling for me.

the 2500 in a diesel is an amazing truck, we have an engine at the firebase and with it loaded with 200 gallon of water and geared up you have no idea that you are driving a diesel fast response to throttle and quiet in the cab.

That's what I'd be using mine for; water wagon, fertilizer tender and seed tender.

I have heard that loaded as I explained the truck can reach speeds of 115 and still have a little throttle left.
