Here it is ladies and gents. For those of you that like the "Live from the Stand" thread during deer season, now you can check in from your blinds this Spring, or simply follow along as others are out chasing turkeys.

Thanks to tdk5525 for the idea!

Good luck out there everyone, and stay safe!!!

I wasn't expecting this heavy of a rain. So, I'm in a blind! All set up. Decoys are 9-12 yards away. LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE.

2 little toms came out. Coyote stirred up the group. Took a shot about 40 yards...right over back.

Seems as though I may be the only person turkey hunting.

Tried a couple of new spots that look great. Evidently the turkeys don't share my thoughts...blanked this morning.

Called in 3 hens. Each one was alone. Each time I was hoping they were bringing a tom with them. They were quite talkative.

Had lone toms come in yesterday afternoon and this afternoon...both avoided my jake decoys. Odd to be wary of jakes so early in the season.

Made it out this morning but didn't see any Toms. Had a yote coming in but it winded me and was gone.
    Back at it tomorrow.

    Good luck out there everyone.

Saturday I managed to call a fox into my turkey set...this morning I get set before dawn call and sit with one very distant gobble. Move 200 yds and bump some birds...argh!
