Hey in the market for a kamado style smoker/grill. Chose kamado cause I can get the higher temps for searing steaks as opposed to a wood pellet. I’ve been researching and unanimously it seems the kamado joe wins best for the average user than most others. I’ve been looking at the primo, BGE, pit boss, and Vision as well. If I go with the kamado joe I’m torn between the older model (classic) and newer model (classic 2). Anyone have experience or feedback? Will mainly be used for... well everything
With the outside heat at over 90, George Foreman is a big guy with us. Wife finally broke down and used our gas grill to grill some steaks. GF too small for them.
