Today at the range I noticed from 40 yards and out my windage gets pretty inconsistent, some will be right on some 1-3inches left and some 1-3 inches right, anyone have any ideas what I might be doing that could be causing this ??

I had the same problem as I began moving back in distance. Mine was caused by torquing the bow and inconsistent grip in my bow hand. Distance magnifies those little errors

Most likely it is torque. I found that even when I was 100% sure I wasn't torquing the bow, I was still torquing the bow. Also check for fletching contact anywhere on the string or rest. I see you have a QAD drop away. Make sure it is actually flipping down on the shot (not from being pushed down by the fletchings). You can do this by shooting a bare shaft. If you shoot the bare shaft and your rest is still upright, you need to adjust the length of the cable.

I had the same problem. I started making an effort to watch my sight as I changed my grip on the bow till I seen no movement in the sight & I had a comfortable grip.

I agree with torque but next time mark the arrows that went right and left then on the next round see if they fly the same. Spine will mostly go to just one side.

You get to watch your arrow longer with a longer shot, sometimes you start watching too early.

Thanks for the input guys, won't be hitting the range tonight have to work late but I shot at 30 last night after adjusting my grip and it seemed to help a little bit, hard to tell at the shorter distances but I will let you know what I find!!!
