Ok gang , here is what you need to do asap, they go to committee meetings at 11 follow this link and create a witness slip, you will be recorded in the meeting as being opposed Under Firm and Title just put NA unless you represent some sort of group, Under Persons in the representation section, put your name. At the end, you want to click record of appearance only. We have killed bills in committe before with witness slips, let's do it again

That was my thinking, went to the other room and some lady was talking about how her and another were head bobbing and having a good time. Thought WTF!!?? That was seriously her exact words

A lot of chatter that they pulled it from vote for today but could bring it back next week

 

So did they pull both bills or just 1263?

 

They could bring it back next week but they still won't have the support. This was their best chance. They will try again (they always do, year after year)... but they'll have to come up with something that might be more palatable to the folks who are only weakly pro 2nd amendment. They'll keep throwing and hope that something sticks.

 

It's but one crack in the foundation filled, still many more for them to scurry through. It ain't over yet.

Other forum posted something saying it is likely not to come back up until at least February, have to start working the new crew after they're sworn in.

 

Well that's good that it's stalled but hopefully this opens some people eyes and they realize they haveta do something to slow these anti gun people down. We can't dodge the bullet every time.
