The DOJ did find that Ferguson had a culture of judicial racial bias. Neither that DOJ finding nor the clearance of former officer Wilson in the criminal case had anything to do with the settlement payment. Moreover, the Feds are not paying Brown's surviving family, rather the City of Ferguson (et al.) has settled in a wrongful death civil suit. What a bunch of crap, I am so tired of hearing about protests and people playing the victim. Here in Minneapolis they protest the police shooting and the juries decision they have listening sessions to discuss the racial inequities and yell and scream and point fingers. A 19 year old black kid gets shot in an alley and nobody will come forward with information nobody wants to be a snitch and where is the outrage where are the protests?
Like that WHITE restaurant owner and her 15 yr old daughter beat up by 2 BLACK adults because they didn't get enough fries!!!. Should be a hate crime. A grown man punches a 15 yr old girl.
