I "used" to be a Bowtech guy... That said, last year they brought their limbs in house and redesigned certain aspects of how they're built, etc. Word on the street was whoever they had making their limbs before, the QC left a lot to be desired (I heard it was a product of a dirty environment and dust in the molding/making process that led to the issues they constantly had). I have been a keeping a very close eye on them since moving to a different manufacturer. I have yet to see a Reign failure myself on any of the boards to date. I think and hope, that Bowtech's limb issues are behind them. They really are phenomenal shooting and tuning bows. To the OP.. that is one BAD@#S looking bow. Optifade dips so well on a bow. Congrats on the new rig.
Looks awesome. I did not shoot one before I ordered my bow for this year, but it looks like it'll be a winner for sure. I too believe Bowtech has their limb issues behind them. Just mind blowing they let it go on for as long as they did. I have easily owned over 20 Bowtechs and I never had a failure on any of them though. In fact, I have never had a serious failure on any bow I have ever owned no matter the manufacturer.
I'm not doubting they had a massive issue and I absolutely agree with you that they left it go as long as they did. I have owned many Bowtech's and only had a limb issue with a Destroyer 340. I actually switched to Prime because of all the issues people were having. I really hope they're done with the problems... They are a dream to tune, very fast and quiet and flat out shoot.
Not my bow it’s my shops. Also I just got the first reign 6 with limbs split this year so far I am not happy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
