Hey guys just quick question about arrow spine. How do the spines work in regards to the numbers 340,400,etc... Is it the higher the number the stiffer the spine or is it reversed and the lower the number the stiffer? I get confused. Thanks in advance!

Lower number is stiffer (300) higher number is more limber (500). Deflection is measured on a 28 inch shaft supporting a 1.94 lb weight.
