I drive through there every other weekend and this is just sickening to me. They are trash and should be treated that way. The fine should have been more than that and they should have gotten jail time.
Nobody ever took the time to properly put a boot up these kids backside when they were younger, I highly doubt this is the first time either did something like this.

Not nearly harsh enough, IMO these two mean and dirty bastards should be tied to posts and whipped with flat leather belts until they need life support...nursed back to health and then beaten again.

1) Jail time with some of the time suspended based on completing the below... 2) 1000 hours at the local dog pound to be completed within 5 years
