I was working out 2 nights ago and as I was doing some tricep Dumbbells over the head I heard a tear in my arm and an agonizing pain. I pretty much knew what happened, after the trip to ER last night it was confirmed. I ruptured my tricep, going to have to have surgery. So my summer is shot, my concern now is my Kansas trip in November. Anyone had the surgery, and if so what kind of recovery time am I looking at. I know it can vary but I don't know anyone who has ever had this injury and I am a little worried that I won't be able to pull my bow back by November.
