Found this while shed hunting today, seems I usually find some odd sights every year. This thing is hugh But it brings back memories of when we used to build our own stands with wood and nails before climbers and hang ons. Also found a long lost deer camp complete with happy pooper station. This one had a padded seat and a Bassmasters mag for reading.
I killed my first deer out of a stand similar to the one in the first picture but we had sides built on it and a roof as well. It's long since caved in though and is pretty much a pile of decomposing wood.
