That's a nice setup for sure. We went camping over the weekend of the 4th and our close friend's brother showed up in this. If you watch Diesel Brothers, you might recognize the truck. I guess it belonged to one of the guys on the show. He drove out to Utah and bought it from the guy named Muscle I think. Not to mention the 40ft toy hauler. Then he dropped the gate and backed out a rock crawler. Don't have a pic of it but I did take a pic of the custom cut bead locks. If you can't see part of the wording, he named the rock crawler "Titty Jiggler"! Was one of the most awesome names I've ever heard for a vehicle.
Somewhat. The kid is in his early 30's. Just started his own construction company. I wouldn't want the bills for what he has since the truck and trailer are literally half of what I paid for my house. I just hope the money keeps coming in for him cause I highly doubt it's all paid off but I could be wrong. And it's always fun to have toys.
At least he's in no danger of exceeding his GCVWR. Side note, we were camping at Wine Fest at Watkins Glen, NY. I was drooling over all of the crazy RV setups. The Raptor's were my favorite. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Just got back yesterday from and 8 day trip to Hagerstown Maryland and just outside Lancaster Pennsylvania. I pull a regular travel trailer, not a 5th wheel.
Nothing scares me more on the road than some yahoo pulling a heavy 30 foot travel trailer with an overloaded suburban or similar vehicle. I see it so much every summer around here.
We live 30 minutes from the track...could've had a brew with you! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
That's a nice camper my friend. We have a 2015 Jayco Jay Flight 26 BH. Thinking of selling it and picking up either a Jayco or Gray Wolf with the front Murphy bed and the U dinette slide. The queen size bed is a huge waste of space when you are not sleeping, so I am really liking the Murphy bed setups.
Wife and I spent 3 weeks towing this Keystone Bullet...a wonderful trip. Recently back from a 6,700 mile "road trip" out to Montana, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming -- scoping out for sale properties with 100 to 200 acres. Lots of offerings available, can't wait to resettle. Bill
THOR industries just bought Jayco, they own Keystone also. Mrs. Hemry and I like to get busy in the camper, and since we are a bit larger in our 40's, we need the space
I miss that little camper. I had that exact model for over a year. It still is one of my favorite campers. I now pull a 30 footer that I love but it's harder to get into some spots Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
